Eligible non customized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.

Returned products must be free from dog hair, dirt, stains, odors, damage, excessive wear, or other signs of use.

Products that have been altered, damaged, excessively worn, or returned with dog hair or other signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Customized and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
